No. An audit verifies compliance and implementation. A diagnostic evaluates how effectively the system works in practice.

Can you assess only one part of our SMS?

Yes. Our ideal SMS framework is constructed from ten subsystems. Diagnostics can focus on any of the specific subsystems such as risk management, emergency preparedness, or reporting systems, or on the SMS as a whole.

Our SMS is constructed differently, can you still conduct the diagnostics?

Absolutely. The diagnostic does not require your SMS to follow our subsystem structure.

We use our framework as an internal reference model to assess completeness, integration, and control effectiveness, but we map your existing system against it, regardless of how your documentation is organized.

Do you provide a score or just observations?

Both. We provide structured scoring and detailed interpretation of what the score means operationally.
